The OpportunityThis position is part of a multidisciplinary team of case managers and counsellors providing a range of services to vulnerable members of the Boroondara community and is based in Camberwell. Wellbeing Case Manager and Intake Worker - Part Time

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

NDIS Worker Screening Check
