Access Health & Community (AccessHC) is a not for profit community health service delivering a range of services including; medical clinics, dental clinics, allied health services, counselling, aged care day services, drug and alcohol services and much much more. The physiotherapy team works across 4 main sites located in Hawthorn, Richmond, Greythorn and Doncaster.The Allied Health Team is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist with a disability or neuro background to support the physiotherapy team. The Allied Health teams provide integrated health and support services for older adults, those with a disability, adults with chronic and complex needs, their carers and their families.The Physiotherapy team which consists of physiotherapists, exercise physiologist and Allied Health Assistants. It involves working under a variety of funding streams including NDIS, medicare and home care packages.The successful applicant will be:Experienced working in disability or neurological services.Experience in supervising physiotherapists, allied health assistants and/or studentsOrganised, with strong time management skillsMotivated and effective working collaboratively in a team environmentAble to work with a diverse range of clients including older and frailer people, those with disabilities Be AHPRA registeredHave a Working with Children’s CardThis role provides a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
