The OpportunityAccess Health and Community (AccessHC) is seeking an experienced Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to provide leadership, advice and support in the development of a proactive Safety and Wellbeing culture across the AccessHC workforce, including development, review and communication of Safety & Wellbeing policies, procedures and programs.  This permanent full-time role is based at our Richmond site, however travel to other AccessHC sites will be required from time to time. ResponsibilitiesThere are key responsibilities relating to -Occupational Health and Safety including Workers CompensationWellbeingPolicy, Projects and ReportingCommunications and TrainingQuality and Risk Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will thrive in an environment where innovation is a large part of the strategic direction.
