We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project management office. This is a new position to better manage projects, including transformation initiatives, process improvements and business developments. The project coordinator will support major organisational projects efficiently by monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, change management activities, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner and coordinating project communications. This is a 12 month Fixed-Term opportunity. Responsibilities: Support Program Manager to work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and developing documents to support business transformation projects. Create and control project documentation to a high standard. Develop a deep understanding of project scope and particulars. Co-ordinate the planning and delivery of assigned activities to deliver the required outcomes. Provide support to project stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder communication including project reporting (schedule, cost, risk) Facilitate change management activities to deliver the required outcome. Support the project team to ensure project deliverables are completed on-time and of a high quality. Track key activities for projects, proactive identification and documenting issues and risks Effectively apply appropriate project management methodologies. Skills & Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications Proven project coordinator working experience Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders Familiarity with change management and project risk management Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.Strong working knowdlegde of MS Office 365 skills, e.g. Project, Planner, Powerpoint, Word, SharepointProject Management qualifications preferred but not required NDIS Worker Screening CheckAn NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance will be required for the role prior to commencement.
