We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project management office. This is a new position to better manage projects, including transformation initiatives, process improvements and business developments.  The project coordinator will support major organisational projects efficiently by monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, change management activities, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner and coordinating project communications.   This is a 12 month Fixed-Term opportunity. Responsibilities: Support Program Manager to work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and developing documents to support business transformation projects. Create and control project documentation to a high standard. Develop a deep understanding of project scope and particulars. Co-ordinate the planning and delivery of assigned activities to deliver the required outcomes. Provide support to project stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder communication including project reporting (schedule, cost, risk) Facilitate change management activities to deliver the required outcome. Support the project team to ensure project deliverables are completed on-time and of a high quality.
