The OpportunityAccessHC have commenced a new partnership with the Inner Eastern Melbourne Area of Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to develop capacity to become a provider of Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI) Care Plan Coordination. The Pre-MACNI Care Coordinator will sit within the Alcohol and Other Drug Service at Access Health and Community.
