The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading community health service as a Mental Health Nurse in the Stepped Care Mental Health program. This is a part-time, permanent position (3 days a week) with a possibility for an increase of work hours to 4-5 work days per week.The Mental Health Nurse will provide mental health nursing and clinical care coordination to consumers with moderate to complex needs in the Mental Health Stepped Care program. The Mental Health Nurse will work as a part of the multidisciplinary Mental Health team using the clinical staging model to assess and deliver mental health treatment to consumers.
