About the opportunity
The Manager, Community Wellbeing is responsible for leading and managing the Community Wellbeing Team, which includes Wellbeing Counsellors, Case Managers and Parent Outreach Support Workers that provide community engagement development and outreach programs, particularly within marginalized and hard to reach community members, within diverse and disadvantaged communities. The primary objectives of this role are to ensure a cohesive and professional team structure, meet program targets and KPI’s, maintain compliance with contract and program requirements and quality standards and develop external partnerships to enhance quality and reach.
