Manager Aging & Carers will lead the operational and strategic development of the Carer Support program and lead the transition to Support at Home in the carer respite, allied health and social support programs in response to changing directions in community based aged services, community preferences and Access Health & Community’s Strategic objectives.Manager Aging & Carers will ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards in the delivery of the program.
