We believe that a merger will be a significant and positive step for the delivery of services to our communities and provide opportunities for our people.The opportunityThe Merger HR/IR Business Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring our people are supported through a period of change as Access Health and Community and Inspiro merge. Working as part of the merger transition team, the HR/IR Business Partner will work collaboratively across both organisations to guide the HR process from planning through post-merger integration.This position demands a strategic, people-centred approach, deep HR expertise and a strong knowledge of IR legislation, awards and enterprise agreement interpretation with demonstrated working knowledge of change, consultation and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate complex organisational changes, ensuring the smooth integration of both organisations, while maintaining a positive employee experience.
