Our people are the centre of everything we do and contribute to improving the wellbeing of the community every day.The Opportunity The Richmond Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC) assists community members of all ages suffering from urgent, non-life-threatening injuries or illness to obtain fast priority care by avoiding long wait times in public Emergency Departments. This service supports St. Vincent’s Public Hospital Emergency.   The Richmond PPCC is open seven days a week from 10am –12 midnight, and in addition provides referrals to a wide range of Access Health and Community Medical and Allied Health Services.We are seeking medical receptionists with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to offer a friendly and welcoming service to all of our customers who attend the Richmond PPCC.As a member of our Customer Service Officer causal pool, you will be contacted to cover the shifts between 10am to 12 midnight, 7 days a week.
