Reporting to the Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic and welcoming approach to young people and their families. This role includes managing a small caseload, facilitating clinical meetings, and overseeing risk escalations. The team conducts mental health assessments, collaborates on care plans, and coordinates support with families and professionals.
