The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with Access Health and Community as a Senior Clinician-Dietetics and drive excellence in client-centred nutrition care. Are you an experienced and passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian ready to take the next step in your career to join our Allied Health and Chronic Disease Care team at Access Health and Community, where you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nutrition therapy and education for adult clients, working across multiple funding streams including NDIS, CHSP, HACC, Home Care Packages, Medicare, and Private Fee for Service.
About the role
You will provide individual consultations (clinic, telehealth, home visits) and lead group sessions, addressing a wide range of conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, malnutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, and weight management. As a senior team member, you will support clinical supervision, mentor Grade 1 & Grade 2 dietitians, contribute to health promotion, facilitate triage and student supervision, and play a key role in driving service innovation and quality improvement.
Reporting to the Manager Chronic Disease Care, this is a fulltime role, however, candidates seeking Part time will be considered. This role provides an excellent opportunity to combine a clinical caseload (0.8 FTE) with strategic leadership (0.2 FTE) responsibilities in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
This role is based in Lilydale with the ability to be flexible to work across all sites when required.
