This permanent full-time role is based primarily at our Maroondah site, with flexibility for outreach work. In this role, you will provide tailored mental health support to adults aged 26 and over experiencing mental health challenges, including co-occurring substance use. Working across clinical, community, and home-based settings, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care and tailor evidence-based interventions like ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. You’ll co-develop personalised Wellbeing Plans, engage families and carers, and champion lived experience, equity, and local voice in every aspect of service delivery. What you will bring Key responsibilities
