Hours are mainly Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm. About the roleAs a casual Support Worker, you will actively support clients (aged 65 and over) to remain living independently at home and engaging with them in social activities 1:1 and at times within a group setting at our day centre. You will assist clients their basic care needs. You will also provide social support including taking clients on outings to the shops, the bank, a café or, out for a walk. You will also facilitate bus outings, leading clients on engaging and enjoyable day trips within the community. You may be required to travel across the council areas of Yarra, Boroondara, Whitehorse and Manningham.
